Tell me what you need and I will come back with a price and a realistic date. No payment is taken now, and nothing goes on the machine until you have approved a digital preview.

  1. You send

Artwork or a description, the garment, and how many pieces.

  2. I reply

A quote based on stitch count, plus an honest view on whether it will stitch well.

  3. You approve

A digital preview showing colours, size and placement. Changes are free at this stage.

  4. I stitch

Production starts only after you say yes — 7-10 giorni lavorativi from approval.

Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) digitise most cleanly. PNG or JPG works too, but fine detail may need simplifying for thread. Up to 10 MB per file.

No payment is taken now. You get a quote and a preview to approve first.

What helps me quote faster

  • Vector artwork — AI, EPS, SVG or PDF. It keeps clean edges at any size and makes digitising far more accurate. A high-resolution PNG or JPG works too.
  • The finished size you want, in centimetres or inches. Stitch count follows size, and stitch count is what sets the price.
  • A deadline, if you have one. Tell me before you order rather than after, and I will say honestly whether it is possible.
  • Thread colours, if they matter to you. Screens and thread are different mediums, so an exact match is not always possible — I will get as close as the range allows.

Things I will tell you straight

Thread has a thickness that ink and pixels do not. Very fine lines and small text can blur or fill in once stitched, so if your artwork will not survive the size you want, I will say so before you pay rather than after you are disappointed. Some fabrics need extra stabiliser, and a few are not worth embroidering at all.

If a job is not right for my machine — oversized panels, some stretch fabrics, photographic detail — I will tell you that too, and where possible point you somewhere better.

Who you are dealing with

One embroidery machine, in one room, run by one person. Every file I sell I have stitched myself first to check it runs clean, and every garment passes under my hands before it reaches yours. When you reply to my email, you are talking to the person who set the hoop — not a support queue.
